Theatre Artists in Residence
Eight innovative ensemble driven companies were invited to Governors Island to make new work in three ten day residency sessions.

Beyond the Wall Project

The brief:
To develop new, exciting, ensemble driven performance work in a devised setting.
At the end of each ten-day residency, the companies will present something to the public.
On May 13th our first companies Tiny Little Band & Two Tone Rambler presented a short snippet of their explorations.
Tiny Little Band "is making a forest inside of a room inside of a house on an island and populating it with stories, music, people, and mushrooms. They're trying to figure out what representation is, which it turns out is a pretty tricky question."
Two Tone Rambler explored the rather timely notion of Fake News.
